Mildly sweet Dinner Round Steak German

1 1 lb. ak (London Broil recommended)
2 tbsp. ve oil
1 3 cup wn gravy mix
4 cups water
2 tbsp. instant on
2 tbsp. wn sugar (Splenda Brown Sugar Mix recomme
4 tbsp. wine egar
2 tsp. cestershire sauce (low sodium recommended)
1 tsp. ground ger
1 to 2 leafs
1 lb. whole-wheat ta

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes. In a medium skillet or Dutch oven, brown the steak in olive oil. Mix the brown gravy mix in the water and add to pot. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover pot, and place in oven. Bake for 1-1 hours (or longer). Cook pasta as per package directions. Remove bay leaf from the meat, mix with pasta, and serve.
