Hot Barbeque Sweet Summer Grilled Main Dish Baby Back Ribs Grilling
3 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
1/2 teaspoon son Salt
1/2 teaspoon ck Pepper
1/2 teaspoon lic Powder
12 oz. Any commercial bar-b-que sauce
3 cups te Vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh lic
2 tablespoon cestershire sauce
2 tablespoon emary
2 tablespoon sley Flakes
1 teaspoon rika
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
1/2 teaspoon t
1/2 teaspoon ck pepper
Preheat gas grill to high. Remove skin from back of ribs. Rub both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn off 1/2 of grill and turn other side to low. Place ribs on off side of grill, bone side (where skin was) down Mix together remaining ingredients for basting sauce. Cook ribs indirectly for 2 hours then begin basting with sauce every 10-15 minutes for an additional hour. You may want to move them to the heated side of the grill for the last 10 minutes or so, but be CAREFUL. They can burn very quick at this stage.
