1 Full slab k baby back ribs
1 bottle sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
1 BBQ dry rub See instructions for my special rub
1 cup le juice
0.5 cup wn sugar
0.25 cup ey
My Speacial BBQ dry rub is equal parts Brown sugar, smoked paprika, and garlic salt. To start lay a double layer of extra wide heavy duty alumminum foil down on your counter (or table). Prep rack of ribs by removing the thin fatty membrane from the underside of the ribs. Remove broiling pan from broiler and Pre-Heat oven to 400 F Coat both sides of the rack genorously with the BBQ dry rub and place in the middle of the aluminum foil, fold up the long sides like a tent and fold together a few times to seal the seam leaving the foil slightly tented. Now fold one end a few times to seal, holding the package at a slight angle take your cup of apple juice and pour it into the open end so that it pours underneath the ribs, then fold end to seal the package up compleatly (Make sure to seal package up nice and tight to prevent any leaks or steam escaping). Cook in oven at 375 F for 2 hours After Ribs have been baking for 2 hours take them out and carefully open the package (be carefull the steam and juices will be very hot). now is a good time to cover your broiler pan with some more heavy duty foil (for easy clean up). Mix BBQ Sauce, Brown sugar, and honey, and generously cover the ribs with the mixture on both sides. Place rack in the broiler on high for about 7 minutes or until the sauce is slightly charred. Discard all of the foil and Enjoy these great ribs. Repeat steps for each additional rack of ribs. I have found that 4 full racks fit into a standard oven pretty good.

Sweet Roast Red Capsicum Pate

1 lb fresh Pizza dough (store bought is fine)
3 fresh cherry pers sliced
1 (leave seeds in for more heat)
1/2 cup eapple chunks cut into small pieces
1 cups of your favorite ghetti sauce
3 cups of shredded zarella cheese
1/4 spoon Dave's Insanity Sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Work the pizza dough into the shape that you prefer, I use a 14" round pan but rectangular cookie sheets are fine also. Next place your spaghetti sauce in a bowl and mix in the Dave's Insanity Sauce I used about 1/2 teaspoon but you can adjust that to taste. Next spread this sauce mixture onto the crust that you have laid out. Next arrange the cherry pepper slices and pineapple on the pizza. Then cover the pizza with the shredded mozzarella. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown in spots Enjoy

Cut up chicken in bite size pieces.Season with pepper, 1/2(or so) tsp salt and 1 tsp onion powder.In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, baking powder, and cornstarch. Mix oil, egg and water. Incorporate the dry with the wet ingredients to make like a pancake batter. Pour batter over cut up chicken and mix to coat all pieces.Heat oil to about 350. Using a fork, pick up chicken piece9covered in batter) and scrape the excess batter off using the edge of the bowl. Place in hot oil and deep fry until golden. Do not overcrowd.Drain on paper towels.You can use the chicken then or let cool and place in small bags and freeze. If using later from freezer,defrost in the toaster oven at 45o. till nice and crispy. Yield: 6 to 7 pints Procedure: Wash cucumbers. Cut 1/16-inch slice off blossom end and discard, but leave 1/4-inch of stem attached. Place cucumbers in large container and cover with boiling water. Six to 8 hours later, and on the second day, drain and cover with 6 quarts of fresh boiling water containing 1/4-cup salt. On the third day, drain and prick cucumbers with a table fork. Combine and bring to boil 3 cups vinegar, 3 cups sugar, turmeric, and spices. Pour over cucumbers. Six to 8 hours later, drain and save the pickling syrup. Add another 2 cups each of sugar and vinegar and reheat to boil. Pour over pickles. On the fourth day, drain and save syrup. Add another 2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Heat to boiling and pour over pickles. Drain and save pickling syrup 6 to 8 hours later. Add 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp vanilla and heat to boiling. Fill sterile pint jars, with pickles and cover with hot syrup, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. For more information on sterilizing jars see "Jars and Lids". Adjust lids and process according to the recommendations in Table 1, or use the low-temperature pasteurization treatment. (For more information see "Low-Temperature Pasteurization Treatment".) Place squash into dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for approximately 8 minutes (and drain). Squash should be tender enough to mash, but not fully cooked. With a potato masher, food processor or fork, mash squash. Measure out 2 generous cups, lightly packed, and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Add all ingredients except for marshmallows. Mix ingredients thoroughly, but do not over-stir; squash should still be pulpy. Allow to cook for 45 – 50 minutes. Remove from oven, and disperse marshmallows over top of pie. Return to oven for 5 minutes, until marshmallows begin to brown. Allow to cool.
