Chicken Mediterranean
saffron parsley lemon pepper Chicken Mediterranean
2 cups of fron rice (yellow rice)- quantity after cook
2 cken Breasts (seasoned with lemon pepper and salt
1 One ato
1/4 onion
1 bunch of fresh sley (2 Tbsp chopped)
1/4 cup of a cheese
Cook two cups of saffron rice (or yellow rice - I like the kind that comes with seasoning added already). Grill 2 chicken breasts. Dice tomato and onion Chop parsley until it is medium fine. I like to layer it as follows: rice, chicken, veggies, with feta on top! Enjoy!
