Mix all together. Stuff bird or goose and bake according to fowl.

1. 1 In a medium bowl, gently stir together, chicken, apple, celery and raisins. 2. 2 In a small bowl, whisk together, dressing and brown sugar, pour over chicken mixture. 3. 3 Toss gently to coat. 4. 4 Serve on lettuce leaves, sprinkle nuts of your choice over.

3/4 cup wn sugar firmly packed

1/2 cup Rolled s

Preheat oven to 375? F. Place the sliced apples in an 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with wwater and lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the apples. Bake at 375? for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.

100 gm plain ur
50 gm ter
50 gm granulated ar
2 1/2 ml ground namon

Preheat oven to gas mark 4 Wash, core and slice apples. Place half the apples ion a baking dish, sprinkle over with the 15 - 30 (1 - 2 tablespoons) sugar. Place other half of apples on top. Sieve flour and cinnamon into a bowl. Rub in butter until it resembles fine bread crumbs Stir in 25 gm sugar Sprinkle over the apples Bake until topping is pale brown. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.

1 sheet pie crust refrigerated

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Peel, core and chop apples into 1/4 inch pieces. In medium bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon, tossing gently. Set aside. Open and unroll pie crust flat onto work surface. Using a 4 inch wide bowl or cup, cut out five circles, reserving scraps. Press each circle inside 5 spaces of muffin tin Evenly distribute apple mixture into each prepared muffin cup. Cut reserved dough scraps into strips 1/4 inch wide. Top each pie with strips. Fill remaining empty muffin cup 1/2 way with water. Bake until bubbling, about 18 minutes. Let pieces cool in muffin tin before removing Serve with favorite ice-cream

Add sifted dry ingredients and lastly milk. Pour over pie apples. Bake in 180 ?C oven for ? and hour. After 15 MINUTES make the following Topping (Caramel) ? pint cream 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1 Cup Sugar Boil the ingredients together in a pot for 15 mins. stirring all the time. Pour over the pies as soon as they are removed from the oven. These pies can be frozen

1 shot of good quality ka
1 shot sour le liqueur
1/2 shot green le syrup
1 cup ice es or more
1 thinly sliced green le curl for decoration

1 Unbaked 9-inch double crust pastry.
1 NUT FILLING
3/4 cup Ground nuts
2 TBS wn sugar firmly packed

1/4 tsp Fresh on juice
1 TBS Butter or garine
1 LE FILLING
5 cups peeled and sliced apples(nny smith braeburn...)
1 tsp fresh on juice
3/4 cup granulated ar
1/4 cup ur
1 tsp namon
1/4 tsp meg
2 TBS ter
2 tsp nge/lemon peel

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line 9-inch pie pan with one of the unbaked crusts. TO MAKE NUT FILLING: Combine nuts, brown sugar, milk, egg,vanilla,lemon juice and butter. Spread evenly over bottom of unbaked pie shell. TO MAKE APPLE FILLING: Place apples in a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine granulated sugar,flour,cinnamon,and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apple slices. Toss to coat. Spoon over nut filling. Dot with butter. Moisten pastry edge with water. Place top crust onto filled pie. Fold top edge under bottom crust. Flute. Cut slits in top crust for escape of steam. Decorate if desired and glaze with remaining egg.Bake for 50 min - 1hr 15 minutes or until bubbly and the filling is thickened. I put a wide range in the bake time because you might have to bake it longer than 50 minutes(if your apples are juicier)...just make sure the filling is not watery but rather thickened and bubbly. Cover edge of pie with foil, if necessary, to prevent over-browning. Sometimes, I usually just cover the whole pie half way through the baking process. This way I know for sure that the crust will not burn. Cool until barely warm or to room temperature before serving.

This bread pudding may be served warm or cool. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. The maple syrup adds the perfect touch.

2 yolks well beaten
2 cups k

1 cup les finely chopped or grated
2 whites stiffly beaten

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks and milk. Pour into dry ingredients. Stir well. Stir in oil and apples. Fold in egg whites. Let batter stand for a few minutes. Bake on griddle. Serve with cinnamon syrup.
