Artichoke American
Artichoke Dip Parmesan American Appetizer
1 can of quartered ichoke hearts
1 cup grated mesan cheese
0.5 cup onnaise
0.5 cup r cream
1 salt per, and garlic powder, to taste
Drain and heat the artichokes for 1 minute in a microwave. Mash artichokes in a mixing bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, a dash of garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to the mashed artichokes. Stir well, until creamy. Spread into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 3040 min. or until golden brown around the edges. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
