Parmesan Vegetable Toss

Tasteofhome Mayo Cheese Parmes Basil Broccoli Onion Red Onion Parmesan Lettuce Vegetables Side Dish Spring Light

2 c onnaise
1/2 c mesan cheese
1/4 c ar
1/2 ts Dried il
1/2 ts t
4 c ccoli flowerets
4 c liflower flowerets
1 md onion; sliced
1 cn Waterstnuts; sliced,
1 lg Iceberg tuce; torn
1 lb on; sliced, cooked
2 c utons; optional

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, sugar, basil and salt. Add broccoli, cauliflower, onion and waterchestnuts; toss. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, place lettuce in a salad bowl and top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with bacon. Top with croutons if desired. Source: Taste of Home Magazine; June/July 1995. Garden Vegetable Soup

2/3 c rot, Sliced
1/2 c on, Diced
2 Cloves lic, Minced
3 c th
1 1/2 c bage, Chopped
1/2 c Green ns
1 tb ato Paste

In a large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans and seasoning; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Vegetable Tortellini Soup

Chicken Stock American
soup chicken tortellini Vegetables savory dinner Chicken Stock American

10 cups of water
3 tbsp cken stock
1 tsp dried il
1 package of nach and cheese tortellini
10 hrooms quartered
1 yellow ash sliced and quartered
1 cup broccholi sliced

1. Boil water in a large pot with chicken stock and basil. 2. Add all other ingredients and continue to boil uncovered for 12 minutes. 3. Serve hot with garlic bread.
