3/4 cup Part Skim otta Cheese
2 tablespoons Plain or illa Yogurt
1 tablespoon Slivered onds
2 teaspoons colate Whey Protein Powder
2 spoons Ground Flax seed
1/2 teaspoon Finely Ground fee
6 Ice es
Throw it all together in a blender, (fits nicely into a magic bullet regular size blender cup.) Blend until smooth, makes 2 Servings. Enjoy
