Main Dish Bake Low Carb Pork Greek
1 1/2 pounds pork n roast
4 teaspoons iander seeds
1/2 teaspoon ar
3 Tbs ve oil
2 large ons, sliced
1/4 cup wine

Cut the pork into small chunks, discarding any excess fat. Crush the coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle until fairly finely ground. Mix the coriander seeds with the sugar and salt and pepper and rub into the meat. Leave to marinate for up to 4 hours. Preheat oven to 325F. Heat 2 Tbs oil in a large skillet over high heat. Brown the meat quickly in three batches, then transfer to an ovenproof dish. Add the remaining 1 Tbs oil to the pan and fry the onions until beginning to color. Stir in the wine and a little salt and pepper and bring just to the boil. Pour the onion and wine mixture over the meat and cover with a lid. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is very tender. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
