2.75 cups oatmeal (el cut Irish oatmeal, preferably)
1 quart goat's k
2 quarts goat's blood
1 pound ground b
1/4 pound t cheese grated or cubed

Mix goat's blood and goat's milk in a large pot, and slowly bring to a boil. Add oatmeal, and stir briskly. When the oatmeal begins to thicken, turn the oat meal down to a simmer. Dump ground lamb and grated cheese into the mixture, and stir well. Allow to simmer for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the oatmeal to cool.
