Tiramisu Smoothie

2 Servings
Ricotta Cheese Smoothie
Smoothie Healthy ricotta cheese Fast Blender Flax Ricotta Cheese

3/4 cup Part Skim otta Cheese
2 tablespoons Plain or illa Yogurt
1 tablespoon Slivered onds
2 teaspoons colate Whey Protein Powder
2 spoons Ground Flax seed
1/2 teaspoon Finely Ground fee
6 Ice es

Throw it all together in a blender, (fits nicely into a magic bullet regular size blender cup.) Blend until smooth, makes 2 Servings. Enjoy

1 kiwi it peeled and cut into chunks
1/3 C. go chunks (I used canned)
1/3 can also use the juice syrup from canned goes)
1/3 C. plain, full-fat urt
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
4 small ice es (small enough for the Magic Bullet to be
1 t sprig to garnish, optional

Pulse first 5 ingredients in blender or bullet until well mixed. Add ice and continue to pulse until ice is crushed to your desired coarseness.Pour into glasses and garnish, if desired, with a mint sprig.

1 cup of eberries
1/4 cup of ar
1 tsp of illa extract

First put all of the ice cubes and both cups of milk into the blinder. Pulse the ice cubes and milk until it becomes a liquid. Then add the cup of blueberries the sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until all ingredients are mixed together.

1 small pieces
3 tablespoons of Jiff Creamy nut Butter
2/3 cups of natural illa ice ccream
1 as much colate syrup as you want

Mix all of the stuff in the blender for about 1-2 minutes or until it is creamy. Then, add more chocolate syrup if you think that you need it. FINALLY YOU CAN ENJOY IT!!!

Run about 20 seconds until smooth. Use tamper, if necessary, to help circulate ingredients. To make optional "crust": Make smoothie thick so that you can eat it with a spoon. Pour smoothie into a glass. Crumble newtons on top.
