Blue Ribbon Beer Bread

Bread Beer Sweet American

5 tablespoons of ar
3 cups of Self Rising ur
2 tablespoons of illa or almont extract
1 can room temprature Pabst Blue bon Beer

Slowly mix all ingrediants in a large bowl and place in a greased bread loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Brush melted butter on the top and let cool. Makes one blond loaf of bread.

3/4 cup k nonfat
2 teaspoons le syrup
1/2 teaspoon namon
1 scoop Whole Nectar Ultimate Soy tein Smoothie Mix (5 tablespoons)
1/4 cup Blueberry urt lowfat
3/4 cup eberries frozen and unsweetened
1 cup Ice (up to 1-1/2 cups)

Place all ingredients into Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure lid. Select Variable #1, turn to ON, and quickly increase speed to #10. Switch to HIGH. Run about 20 seconds until smooth. Use tamper, if necessary, to help circulate ingredients.

1/4 pound Sweet ter
1/4 pound e Cheese
1 teaspoon bs de Provence

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process. You can roll it or put it into a container at this point. It should be chilled in the refrigerator overnight. If you are going to slice it, do not bring it to room temperature, but if you are going to serve it from a container, then leave it out for a while before serving.

Blue Cheese and Pecan Bread

4 cups ur
1/2 cup ar
1 1/2 teaspoons ing soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ing powder
1 teaspoon t
4 tablespoons Unsalted ter, cold, cut up
2 ounces e cheese, crumbled (1/2 c.)
1/4 cup Chopped ans
1 1/2 cups termilk
1
1 tablespoon termilk
1 teaspoon Freshly und pepper

Preheat oven to 400*. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together dry ingredients and cut in butter until mixture resembles oatmeal. Add cheese and nuts. Mix 1-1/2 c. buttermilk and egg and stir in. Place on floured work surface and form into slightly flattened 6-inch round. Place on lined sheet. Brush with 1 tablespoon buttermilk and sprinkle with pepper. With a serrated knife cut a shallow X in top of loaf. Bake 10 minutes then lower heat to 375*. Bake additional 35 minutes until loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when thumped on bottom.

Blue Cheese Butter

1 stick ter
4 tablespoons e cheese
2 tablespoons fresh sley chopped finely
0.25 teaspoon t
1 tablespoon ves chopped

Bring butter to room temperature; about 1 1/2 hours out of the fridge. Mix in blue cheese and all other ingredients; blend well. Use spatula to pile into plastic wrap; wrap into a tube (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter) and make it smooth like a cylinder. Place in fridge for at least two hours. When serving, bring out of fridge, remove plastic wrap, and slice into generous half-inch rounds, and place on steak when plating.
