Meatless Low Fat Kid Friendly Quick No Cook Vita-Mix Snacks Breakfast Berries Uncategorized
1/3 cup Grape juice concentrate frozen
1/4 cup Water
1 scoop Whole Nectar Ultimate Soy tein Smoothie Mix (5 tablespoons)
1 cup Berries frozen and unsweetened
3/4 cup Ice (up to 1-1/4 cups)
Place all ingredients into Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure lid. Select Variable #1, turn to ON, and quickly increase speed to #10. Switch to HIGH. Run about 20 seconds until smooth. Use tamper, if necessary, to help circulate ingredients.

1 1/4 cups Ice (up to 1-3/4 cups)

Grape Roasted Duckling In Wine

1 Roast
4 1/2 lb kling
2 c Optional ffing
1 t t
1/4 t meg
1 e and Grape Sauce
3/4 c sala wine
2 tablespoon Grape jelly
1 1/2 tablespoon nstarch
1 c Seedless green pes
1. Wash duckling and dry. Sprinkle salt and nutmeg in the cavity. Close openings with wooden picks. Tie legs together. Tie wings to body. Wrap bits of foil over legs and wings to prevent over cooking. Cover with wax paper to prevent splattering. 2. Place duckling with or without stuffing in microwave, breast side down in a baking dish. Cook at FULL POWER 6 minutes per pound or 24 minutes for a 4-lb duckling. After 12 minutes, turn bird breast side up and drain off accumulated fat. Continue cooking - Total Microwave time: 25-31 minutes 3. Remove from microwave oven; remove foil pieces and wax paper. Drain fat. 4. Blend wine jelly and cornstarch together. (You may need to add a bit of water.) Heat in a measuring cup in microwave oven 45 seconds or until thick and smooth. Add the grapes and heat at FULL POWER for 45 seconds more. Pour sauce over duck. 5. Roast in conventional range for 30 minutes at 400 deg.F. until skin is crispy brown and legs can be moved easily. Let stand 10 minutes. Microwave: 25-31 minutes, Oven: 30 minutes Total Prep Time: 2.5 hours

2 lbs red seedless pes

1/2 cup granulated ar
1 teaspoon illa extract to taste
1 Topping Ingredients
1 cup wn sugar packed to taste
1 cup crushed ans to taste
1. Wash and stem grapes. 2. Set aside. 3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla by hand untilblended. 4. Stir grapes into mixture, and pour in large serving bowl. 5. For topping: Combine brown sugar, and crushed pecans. 6. Sprinkle over top of grapes to cover completely. 7. Chill overnight. Comments: I got this recipe from a coworker at the salon I work at. I didn'tthink it would be so wonderful and addictive!! Its very creamy and sweet,and a great mix of flavors. It will be the best thing you ever use grapesfor!! (except maybe wine!)
