Vanilla Nectarines

4 tarines cut in half and pitted
2 tbsp ar
1/2 tsp pure illa extract

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place nectarines skin-side down in a small pie plate or small baking dish. Add 1/4 cup water. In a small bowl, stir together sugar and vanilla until completely combined. Spoon the vanilla-sugar mixture into the cavity of each nectarine. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover the pan and bake for about 15 minutes or more, or until the nectarines are tender and the juices are syrupy. (Add more water if the juices begin to scorch) Brush the nectarines with the syrup from the bottom of the dish. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Meatless Low Fat Kid Friendly No Cook Vita-Mix Snacks Breakfast Orange Uncategorized

1/2 cup nge juice concentrate frozen
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons illa extract
1/2 tablespoon ey
1 scoop Whole Nectar Ultimate Soy tein Smoothie Mix (5 tablespoons)
1/4 cup powdered k nonfat
1/4 cup illa yogurt lowfat
1/2 nge peeled
1 1/2 cups ice (up to 2 cups)

Place all ingredients into Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure lid. Select Variable #1, turn to ON, and quickly increase speed to #10. Switch to HIGH. Run about 20 sec until smooth. Use tamper, if necessary, to help circulate ingredients.

Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup ter
8 oz. am cheese softened
1 tsp. illa
1 lb. sifted dered sugar

Smooth and creamy frosting made from scratch, with love. Beat together butter, cream cheese and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Continue mixing and gradually add powdered sugar. If too thick, thin frosting with milk a tsp. at a time to desired consistency.
