4 can (16 oz) rots sliced

1/4 cup garine
1/4 teaspoon ery salt
1/4 teaspoon Dry tard

1/2 pound American cheese slices

Make white sauce from butter, seasoning, milk, onions and flour. Alternate layers of cheese and carrots in buttered dish. Pour sauce over each layer. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 325? for 45 minutes.
