Banana Crumb Muffins

Tasteofhome Butter Banana Salad Winter Fresh

1 1/2 c -purpose flour
1 ts ing soda
1 ts ing powder
1/2 ts t
3 lg Ripe anas; mashed
3/4 c ar
1 ; lightly beaten
1/2 c ter; melted
Topping
1/3 c Packed wn sugar
1 tb -purpose flour
1/8 ts Ground namon
1 tb ter

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full. Combine the first three topping ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Mix and cut in well
3 cups ur
1 cup rtening crisco
ADD
3/4 cup ar or better
1/4 teaspoon t
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping
MIX
1 cup Dark asses
1 teaspoon ing soda
1 cup Water ling
1 9" unbaked pie crust

350? 25-30 minutes Mix and cut in well, flour and crisco. Add Sugar and salt to creat crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs. (Set aside) Mix molasses, baking soda and boiling water. Add to crumb mixture. Place in 9" pie dish. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake.

A very easy and delicious dessert recipe that can be used with blueberries, peaches, apples or most any other of this type fruit. After it cooks it has a beautiful crust on top.

This yummy cobbler uses canned instead of fresh peaches, and there 's nary a difference. The light and airy biscuit batter goes in the pan first, followed by the peaches. It bakes up bubbly and delicious and is grand with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Sliced apples are slathered in syrup, arranged in a baking dish and covered with a wonderful crumble made from brown sugar, butter and rolled oats. The crisp is then baked and served warm with scoops of rum raisin ice cream.
