Yogurt Capers Red Onion Lemon Juice Spread Tartar Sauce American
1 container of Plain urt
1/2 on (Juice only)
1 Fresh und Pepper (to taste)
3 tablespoons ers
1/4 Chopped Onion
Combine all ingredients well and let chill for 15 minutes in fridge. You can also use Mayo if you like instead of the yogurt.

1 pound cken breast boneless, skinless
1/4 cup ur
1/4 teaspoon rika
1/4 teaspoon Freshly und pepper
1 large white
1/4 cup termilk low fat
1 cup nflakes crushed
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare three bowls: one with flour and seasonings, one with egg and buttermilk stirred together, and one with crushed cornflakes. Cut chicken breasts into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces. Empty chicken pieces into bowl and roll in flour mixture. Then, piece by piece, and shaking off excess flour, dip the chicken into the milk mixture, then coat the pieces with cornflakes. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden, turning them halfway through. Serves 4.

2 packages stew soning
Brown beef in oil in large stew pan, follow instructions on stew seasoning and add the whole beer and chipotle paste, cut vegetables in large pieces and add from hardest to least hardest vegetable, simmer until beef is tender, serve with large role of buttered french bread, enjoy.

3 or 4 cken breast tenderloins diced
1 c Prego Italian Sauce Chunky Garden Combo
2 tablespoon li powder
2 tablespoon in powder
1 t enne pepper
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Add the rice, stir, cover and reduce the heat to low. Chop the onion, garlic and chicken and combine in a bowl. After 25 minutes, quickly add the onion, garlic and chicken to the rice pot and cover it back up. Do not disturb the rice!! After another 20 minutes, stir the sauce and spices into the pot and simmer for another few minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

1/4 cup Unsweetened lesauce
1 cup nmeal
In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine egg whites, milk and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a 9 in. square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
