Kid Friendly Pizza Main Dish Chicken American
1 can (16 oz) Pizza Dough
1 cup Barbeque sauce divided
3 slices on
1 cup cken cooked and chopped
1/4 cup on chopped
1 clove lic minced
2 cups zarella shredded
Place chicken in a baggie with ? cup barbeque sauce. Coat well; set aside. Fry bacon; set on paper towels to drain. To bacon grease, add onion and garlic. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add sauce-coated chicken to skillet. Heat through. Meanwhile, lay pizza dough out on a baking stone. Cover with 1/2 c sauce. Top with garlic, onion and chicken. Crumble bacon over top. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake as directed on pizza dough can.

Bbq Cheddar Chicken Wraps

1 ea Green per cut into strips (2 cups)
1 ea bell pepper cut into strips (2 cups)
1 large on sliced thin (1 cup)
1 pound cken breast skinless, cut into strips
1/3 cup becue sauce (regular or honey flavor)
4 ea Whole wheat tillas warmed (10 inch)
1 cup Colby-jack cheese shredded
PREP TIME: 15 min TOTAL TIME: 25 min In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook and stir the vegetables for about 3 min. Add chicken cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in the barbecue sauce; cook on medium heat or until chicken is done; stirring occasionally. Spoon chicken mixture down the center of the tortillas; top with cheese and then roll up. Cut diagonally in half to serve.

1 large on coarse chopped

2/3 cup er vinegar
1/2 cup cestershire sauce
1 cup wn sugar packed
1 1/2 cups asses
1 teaspoon per
1 tablespoon t
1/2 cup ato paste
4 teaspoons uid Smoke
1 teaspoon per sauce - Optional
1/2 cup Bourbon or whiskey to taste
Combine onion, garlic and bourbon in a 3 quart saucepan. saut until onion and garlic are translucent, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened, about 15 to 25 minutes. An additional splash of whiskey just prior to serving adds a pleasant odor when serving. NOTE: While frequent sampling of the "to taste" ingredients can cause confusion and affect the outcome, the alcohol is cooked off during the saut step so it's not a factor in the final dish.

Meats Garlic Onion Quick Grill Pork Lunch
4 lb Boneless k roast
4 Cloves lic, minced
1 md on, minced
Salt and per to taste
1 Bottle of your favorite bbq
Place the roast, garlic, and onion in a crock pot on high. Add the salt and pepper and a little bit of water. Cook on high until you can easily shred the pork roast with a fork. I would cook this in my crock pot (Rival) for about 5 hours. Remove the roast and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible and the bone. Strain the grease in the crock pot, keeping any bits of garlic and onion left and throwing out the grease. Place the shredded meat back into the crock pot, along with the bits of garlic and onion. Pour the BBQ sauce over all until the meat is covered. Mix well. Continue cooking the pork in the crock pot for about three hours, on low. 6 inch squares
1/2 medium on diced
1/2 l pepper diced
1 - 2 Jalapeno pers diced (seeding is optional)
1 can Bush’s Baked ns
1 can of eapple chunks drained
1 cup wn Sugar packed
1 cup chup
1/2 - 1 Tbs. dry (ground) tard
Sauté bacon pieces in fry pan until crispy and remove from pan with a slotted spoon. Sauté onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper until tender. In a large mixing bowl combine beans, pineapple, brown sugar, ketchup and dry mustard. Stir in bacon pieces and vegetables. Pour into a 12X9 or a deep 9X9 aluminum baking pan. (While mixing if things look dry, add additional ketchup 1/4 -1/2 cup at a time) Place in a 220-250° smoker for 2 1/2 – 3 hours (make sure temperature of the baked beans reaches 160° ) or place in a 350° oven and bake for 1 hour.
