Broccoli Ham Bake

1 package (10 oz) Frozen chopped ccoli
1/4 cup on chopped
4 tblspoons ter divided
2 tblspoons All purpose ur
2 1/4 cups k
1/2 cup ddar cheese shredded
2 cups -fully cooked cubed
1 1/2 cups Seasoned stuffing utons divided

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted. Drain broccoli. Add the broccoli, ham and 1 cup stuffing croutons to cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Melt remaining butter; toss with remaining croutons. Sprinkle croutons around edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

3 pound canned
1/2 cup ar
1 tablespoon on Juice
1/2 cup Chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon li powder
2 teaspoons cestershire sauce
1/2 cup Water
16 ounce ches in fruit juice drained

Preheat oven to 325? F. Remove ham from container and place in baking dishh and cook for 1 1/4 hours. In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil the sugar, lemon juice, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and water; stirring occasionally. Remove from the stove and add the drained peaches. Pour the mixture over the ham and bake an additional 20 minutes.

1 center cut slice (about 1/2 in)
3 eapple slices
1/4 cup wn sugar optional
1/2 cup malt beverage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place ham on baking dish. Place pineapple over ham and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Add malt beverage. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reads 145 degrees F Serve with scalloped potatoes and vegetables.

2 cans (16 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and; ined
3 cups cken broth
2 cups water
1 cup peeled diced potatoes
3/4 cup diced rots
3/4 cup diced ery
1/4 teaspoon per
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 Tablespoons minced fresh sley

In a 3 quart saucepan, saute ham, onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender. Add the next seven ingredients; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add peas and cook for 5 minutes. Add parsley and serve.

1 c Grated ddar cheese

1 cn am of mushroom soup
2 c Cooked macaroni
2 tb ter
2 tb Chopped on

Cook ham and onions in butter. Add soup, milk and cheese; cook until cheese melts. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 2-quart casserole at 350F for 30 minutes. Saute ham, onion and garlic in butter until union is tender. Add everything else except peas and simmer for 30 minutes. Add peas and cook for 5 minutes. I had just baked a ham when I made this so I had the drippings that had collected in the bottom of the roasting pan. If you do not have that available then substitute 3 cups of chicken broth for the ham drippings.

4 cups macaroni elbows
1 cup k
10 slices (more or less depends on the brand and the thickness)
2 cup grated ddar cheese
250 g ham cut in es
2 ons chopped
1 tbsp emary
2 tbsp ground mesan
1 tbsp extra-virgin ve oil
1 Salt per

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. While the macaroni noodles are cooking in boiling water, bring the milk to ebulition point at low heat in a saucepan, adding one by one the cheese slices, stirring often until you get the thickness you want for your sauce. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and the ham, cook until the onions are transparent. Drain the macaroni and mix with the sauce, the onions, the ham, the parmesan, the rosemary, the salt and the pepper. Pour everything in a baking dish, spread the grated cheese all over it and bake it in the oven until you get a nice golden crust.
