Eggs Mexican
Quick Fry Breakfast Eggs Mexican
12 Corn tillas sliced
1 small Onion ced
1 medium ato diced
1 tablespoon Oil
5 large s scrambled
t to taste
1 small apeno peppers minced
1. Cut tortillas into 1"x 1" squares and fry in oil on medium heat until starting to crisp. 2. Add onions and cook another 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently. 3. Add tomatoes, salt, and jalapeno pepper and cook another 2-3 minutes. 4. Add eggs and stir to combine. Cook until eggs are set. Enjoy.
