After 15 MINUTES make the following Topping (Caramel) ? pint cream 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1 Cup Sugar Boil the ingredients together in a pot for 15 mins. stirring all the time. Pour over the pies as soon as they are removed from the oven. These pies can be frozen
