7 oz frozen chopped nach
3/4 cup liquid substitute
1 cup uced-fat shredded cheese
1/4 cup diced l peppers
1/4 cup diced on
1.Pre-heat oven to 350 2.Microwave spinach for about 2 1/2 min.s on high and drain the water. 3. Use a 12 cup muffin pan with foil (not paper) liners and spray them with cooking spray. 4. Mix everything together and pour evenly into muffin pan cups. 5. Bake for 20 or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
