Zucchini Tart

Zucchini is sauteed with basil and garlic for the optimal flavor combination. All of this baked with cheese and sour cream, what a dish.

2 cups All purpose ur
1 1/2 cups ar
1 1/2 teaspoons ing soda
1 teaspoon t
2 teaspoons namon
1/4 cup nuts
1
1/4 cup Oil
2 teaspoons illa
3 cups chini grated
12 ounces colate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with Vegetable Spray. Place all ingredients in a baking pan, stirring until all are evenly distributed. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

5 sm chini; cut in small diced
2 c Minced sley leaves
4 llion; minced
1/4 c Fresh t; minced
1/2 c tuce leaves; minced
1/4 ts t
1/4 c on juice
3/4 c ve oil
1 Cl lic; minced

Zucchini Crescent Pie

4 c chini; thinly sliced
1 c Chopped on
1/2 ts t
1/2 ts per
1/4 ts lic powder; or 1 clove
1/4 ts il
1/2 ts gano
2 tb Chopped sley
8 oz Shredded lowfat zarella
2 s; lightly beaten
1/4 c Reduced-calorie garine
2 tb on mustard
8 oz Tubed crescent rolls

Unroll each crescent dough and arrange in a sprayed pie pan to form a crust. (Stretch to fit and spread evenly.) Seal the seams and crimp the rim. Brush mustard on the dough. In large skillet, heat some of the margarine and saute the onion for about 2 minute then add the zucchini (add rest of margarine if needed) and saute for another 2 minutes or until zucchini are tender but firm. Stir in herbs and salt and pepper; add garlic. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine the cheese and the eggs. Stir in the saute. Transfer to pie pan. Position oven rack so that it is about 4 inches from the bottom heat source. Preheat to 325F. Bake about 20 minutes. Let cool (set) for 10 minutes before serving.
