Tuna Pasta Fresh Avocado Low Calorie Cucumber
1 can light chunk a in water
4 oz rry tomatoes quartered
1 bulb en onion chopped
1 medium umber peeled, chopped
1 medium cado cubed
1/2 cup uncooked shell ta
1/8 tsp l weed
1 salt and per (to taste)
1 tbsp on juice (more to taste)
Cook the pasta according to package, drain, and let cool. Mix all the vegetables in large bowl and season to taste. Add the cooled pasta shells. Mi in the lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Approximately 167 calories per serving (1 cup). If anyone knows how to provide the rest of the nutrition, I would appreciate it.

Grease a 1? quart casserole dish. Blend the Milk and Water into the Cream of Mushroom soup in this dish. Stir in the Tuna, Cheddar Cheese, Dry Mustard, Salt, Rice, and Peas. Blend the melted Butter with the Bread Crumbs to make a topping. You can use as much or as little as you like; just make sure that at least the entire top is covered to keep the casserole from bubbling over in your oven. Bake at 400? for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

4 (6 oz.) filets of a
4 tablespoons low sodium sauce
1 Nonstick olive oil or Canola oil king spray
3 tablespoons black ame seeds
1 large avacado
3 tablespoons reduced-fat onnaise
1 teaspoon li powder
1. Place the freh, raw tuna filets in a ziploc bag. Pour soy sauce into bag, allowing to coat the tuna. Let sit in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 2. Preheat your grill or pan (if you're cooking them on the stove) to high heat. Coat the surface of the grill or pan with several sprays of nonstick cooking spray. Cook the filets 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach desired doneness (typically, spicy tuna filets are seared and remain pink or rare in the middle, but you can cook them longer if you wish). 3. Remove from grill and dice into chunks or cubes. Mix tuna pieces with mayonnaise and chili powder. Sprinkle on black sesame seeds. 4.
