3 c finely shredded rots
1 c chopped nuts
1 am Cheese Frosting
1 1 8oz am cheese
1/4 cup tened butter
2 c dered sugar
2 t illa

Put all ingredients for cake in mixer and blend well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in loaf pan or 45 min in 13 X 9 pan For frosting beat cream cheese and butter until well blended, add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy.
