Simple Taco Pie

4 Servings
Ground Beef Mexican
Bake Mexican Ground Beef Main Dish

1 pound und beef
1/2 cup on chopped
1 package o seasoning
4 ounce Chopped green les
3/4 cup quick
1 1/4 cups k
2 ea

PREP TIME: 25 min BAKE TIME: 45-50 min Preheat oven to 375? F. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain off grease. Add taco seasoning and green chiles; mix well. Place all in a 10 inch pie plate. In another medium bowl, combine Bisquick, eggs and milk; mix well and pour over the pie pan mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve with any of the following toppings: shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, onions and sour cream.

1 cup turbinado ar
2 cups water

Dissolve the sugar in the water over low-medium heat. (Do not allow to boil.) Allow to cool then transfer to a sealed pouring container. Store in refrigerator.

1 can (12 oz) ato paste
1 can (16 oz) ato sauce
2 tablespoon lian Seasoning
1 small on diced
2 cloves lic minced
1 tablespoon ar
1 pinch t to taste
2 tablespoon ve oil

Over medium heat, saute onion in olive oil until light brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer until desired thinkness.

Simple Pea and Ham Soup

1 smoked hock
500 packet of green split s
1 on diced
2 medium atoes diced
1 rot diced
2 litres water
1 per to taste

Rinse split peas under running water then add to large stock pot. Add smoked hock and water. Simmer for 1 and a half hours,stirring occasionally to prevent peas sticking and burning on the bottom. Add onion, potatoes and carrot and simmer for another half hour. Remove smoked hock and cut meat from bone into small diced pieces. Return meat to pot and season with pepper to taste.(this soup is naturally salty thanks to the smoked ham hock, it should not need extra salt). Enjoy!!!
