Melt chocolate. Roughly chop tofu, then blend with honey and melted chocolate until smooth. Pour in the pie shell. Chill to set, at least several hours. Kitchen Chick suggests a dark chocolate oreo crust instead of graham cracker crust for the contrast with the sweeter, semi-sweet chocolate filling. It is also very good with a tart fruit topping such as fresh raspberries or chopped cherries, or with unsweetened whipped cream.
