Butter Pecan Crunch

2 c ham cracker crumbs
1/2 c Butter or garine; melted
2 pk Instant pudding mix; illa
2 c k
1 qt Butter an ice cream; soft
8 oz Frozen pped topping; thaw
2 Heath candy bars; crushed

"Elegant but easy." - Julie Sterchi In a bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Pat into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9x2" pan. Chill. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in the ice cream and whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Freeze. Thaw 20 minutes before serving. These easy cookies are made with cake mix and rolled in pecans. They bake up perfectly crispy and are a tasty treat with coffee.

Butter Pecan Bundt Cake

1 ter pecan cake mix
4 s
1 cup k
2/3 cup Oil
1 can onut pecan icing
1/2 cup ans chopped

Whisk eggs and oil. Add in cake mix and milk alternately. Mix in icing and 1/2 of chopped pecans. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle remainder of chopped pecans in bottom of pan. Pour in batter and bake at 325? for 1 hour.

Pecan Pie with Bourbon Creme

1 cup pure le syrup
1 cup granulated ar
4 tbsp butter (tened)
4 large egs
1 tbsp illa extract
1 1 9 inch pie crust
1 1/2 cups an halves
1 cup heavy whipping am
2 tbsp confectioners ar (powdered)
1 tbsp bourbon

Pre-heat oven to 350*. In a 3 quart saucepan, cook maple syrup, sugar, butter over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat to medium low and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring. In large bowl with whisk beat eggs lightly; slowly whisk in hot syrup mixture. Stir in vanilla. Place pecans in the pie crust and then pour the hot syrup over them. Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool for 1 hour. Whip cream with powdered sugar and bourbon. Dallop on pie and serve.
