HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

1/2 cup onion ced
1 clove lic minced
1/4 cup ter
1 pound und beef
2 tablespoons ur
2 teaspoons t
1/4 teaspoon per
1 pound hrooms fresh or
8 ounces hrooms canned; sliced
10 1/2 can am of mushroom soup undiluted
1 cup r cream
2 tablespoons sley minced

***Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with noodles***

2 pounds w meat
1 large on chopped
1 can am of mushroom soup
1 can cream of on soup
1 can (4 oz) sliced hrooms drained
1/4 teaspoon per
1 package (8 oz) am cheese cubed
1 container (8 oz) r cream
6 cups hot cooked noodles or e if desired

Mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream. Serve beef mixture over noodles.

10 ounces cream of cken soup, condensed (10 oz.)
16 ounces r cream, fat free
1 packet on soup mix (1 oz.)

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Combine Soup, Sour Cream and Onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Divide evenly and serve over rice or noodles for additional points. 1 cup hrooms
1/2 cup Yellow ons chopped

3 tbsp ur
1 tbsp ato Paste
1 1/4 cup Beef th
1 cup r Cream
2 tbsp Cooking rry

1.Combine flour and salt in extra large zip lock bag add meat, coat meat well. 2.Melt Butter, add meat and brown quickly on all sides. 3. Add Mushrooms Onions and Garlic cook until Onions are slightly translucent. (3-4 min) 4. Remove Meat from pan. Add in pan 2 tbsp butter to current drippings, add flour and tomato paste blend with spatula evenly. 5. Slowly pour in cold beef broth and cook stiring constantly until mixture thickens and has no lumps 6. Add meat back into pan. 7. Stir in Sour Cream and Sherry.low-Med Heat 2-3min 8. Serve over Egg Noodles.

Slow cook Roast Beef Stroganoff Main Dish Steak Dinner

2 1/2 pounds w meat
1 tablespoon t
1 teaspoon lic minced
1 tablespoon cestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup Beef th
3 tablespoons te wine
1/3 pound hrooms sliced
1/3 cup ur
1 cup r cream
Noodles ined
1/2 tablespoon per

Cut beef in strips or cubes. Coat w/ salt and pepper really well. Place in bottom of crockpot. Mix garlic, Worcestershire, beef broth. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 Hours, until tender. Turn heat to HIGH, add 2 Tbls. wine and mushrooms. Dissolve flour in small amount of water and add to meat mixture. Stir to blend. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream. Serve hot over noodles. I prefer with beef bullion cubes, better taste. To substitute, use 1 large cube (which is for 2 cups of water).
