Beef Mediteranian
Beef Red Wine Party Dinner party Slow cook, Beef Rich Gravy Mediteranian
2 tablespoons ve Oil
800 g Beef Braising ak
12 small llots Peeled
250 g Chantenay rots washed and trimmed
2 teaspoons spice
250 ml wine
2 x 400g chopped atoes
1 clove lic bruised
300 ml hot beef ck
Preheat oven to 150C Heat the oil in a large oven proof dish over a high heat. Add 1/3 of the beef and brown (approx 5 mins) Set this aside and repeat for the rest of the beef 1/3 at a time Add the shallots and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until just starting to colour Return the beef to the pan and add all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon, getting any caramelised bits from the bottom of the pan Cover and place in oven Cook for 3.5 hours then season to taste
