Combine potatoes and carrots in pan with some salt and cover with water. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cook until tender and drain. In soup pan, melt butter. Add jalapeno, onion and corn and flour. Cook until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients until onion is clear. Simmer 1-3 hours. add cream last hour and garnish with cheese Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 198 Calories; 11g Fat (49.2% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 20g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 32mg Cholesterol; 723mg Sodium. Boma Chicken Corn Chowder

Chicken Spicy Creamy Disney African Boma
2 cken breasts cooked and diced
1 lb russet atoes cooked and diced
2 c n kernels (frozen)
1/8 c on diced
1/8 c bell peppers diced
1 c cken stock
1 c heavy am
1 c k
2 ts ar
2 ts hot sauce
1/8 c fresh sley chopped
1 chicken illon cube
1. Bring chicken stock to a boil. 2. Add milk, heavy cream, chicken, potatoes, red peppers, onion, corn and sugar. Simmer for 40 minutes. 3. Add parsley and hot sauce. Simmer for five minutes. 4. Serve hot.
