Scallops French
Main Dish Broil Low Fat Scallops French
1/4 cup plain dried ad crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sley
1 lic cloves minced
1 tablespoon ter melted
1 teaspoon fresh on juice
Pinch of enne
1 1/4 pounds sea llops
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, butter, lemon juice, and cayenne. Toss mixture with scallops. 3. Arrange scallops on a broiler rack and lightly spray with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes or until opaque in the center. Do not flip scallops while cooking. Fresh scallops can be found mid-fall to mid-spring; frozen can be used too.
