Jalapeno Bacon Wrap

6 apeno peppers sliced in half and seeds removed
4 ounce am cheese
1 package on
12 Toothpicks

1. Preheat outdoor grill 2. Slice Jalapeno in half lenghtwise, remove seeds, stem, and wash. 3. Spread Cream cheese to fill Jalepeno halves. 4. Wrap one strip of Bacon around Jalapeno and secure with toothpick. 5. Place on the grill until bacon is crispy and cooked.

1 tablespoon ve oil
8 ounces Turkey, ground - or cken
2 tablespoons ter sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chile lic sauce - to taste
-- Vegetables --
1/2 cup on - diced
1/2 cup ccoli slaw
1/2 cup rot - shredded
1/2 medium l pepper, red - cut in matchsticks
2 tablespoons sin sauce - to taste
3/4 cup bage, green - shredded
1/4 cup bage, red - coarse shredded
-- Presentation --
2 teaspoons ame Oil
12 leaves tuce

Mix the meat ingredients together and set aside to marinate while you prep the vegetables. Keep them covered and cool. Have all of the vegetables ready and near the stove because things happen quickly toward the end of this process. Have a cover for your pan on hand as well as two large wooden spoons (or other implements to stir-fry with) In a wok, or large frying pan, start the meat mixture cooking over medium-high heat . Spread it out fairly thin and allow it to brown lightly on the bottom. As soon at it starts to brown add in the onions and start breaking up the meat. After two minutes add the bell pepper and drizzle the hoisin sauce into the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the green cabbage and stir-fry it until it starts to wilt and brightens in color. Then add the red cabbage and stir-fry an additional minute. Cut the heat to low and cover the pan allowing the vegetables to steam in their own liquid for a minute or so. If there are excessive liquids in the bottom of the pan you can remove the lid, turn the heat up high and cook them down briefly. Just before serving toss the mixture lightly with the sesame oil to give it a bit of shine. Then use a slotted spoon to lightly fill each of the lettuce leaves and serve. There's a lot of flexibility here. Cucumbers, jicama, bok choy, french cut green beans, or other suitable items could certainly be substituted based on availability. Ground pork or chunks of fish could substitute for the poultry if you wish.

Prepare rice Saute and shred chicken Rinse and drain black beans Combine tomatoes, chicken, beans, rice, cheese Thoroughly heat Equally divide mixture onto tortillas

1 Italian b wrap
1 oz amy Italian Dressing
1 to 2 aine filets
7 -8 mild banana per rings
5 slices green pers
2 slices atoes
4 slices onions
2 slices Mortadella
2 slices Capicolla (about 1 oz)
2 slices Genoa salami (about 1 oz)
1 slice volone cheese
1 Sprinkle of oregano and ck pepper

Spread dressing across the entire wrap. On bottom rounded end layer the romaine, tomatoes, red onions, banana pepper rings, green peppers, Mortadella, ham, salami, cheese and sprinkle of oregano and pepper. Roll up tightly; cut in half wraps or 1" pinwheels. Can also wrap rolled sandwiches in foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.

Healthy Turkey Wrap

1 tilla
1 tablespoon Reduced Fat am Cheese
1 dozen Fresh nach leaves
1/4 lb Garlic herb key breast sliced
1 dozen Red pes sliced

Lay tortilla flat. Spread cream cheese over entire surface. Place spinach leaves on cream cheese in one layer. Slice grapes thinly and place on top of spinach. Last, place slices of turkey evenly over the other ingredients. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy! Note: You can use any kind of turkey for this sandwich, but the garlic herb turkey breast that you buy at the deli counter is a nice flavor to compliment the sweetness of the grapes.
