Amaretto Fudge Sauce

1 1/2 c. heavy am
2 c colate chips
1/4 c. ter
1/2 tsp. illa
3 Tbsp. retto
Combine cream, choc. chips, and butter in saucepan. heat over low heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and amaretto. Pour into jars.

1/2 cup ter softened to room temperature
1/3 cup oa
1 teaspoon illa
1 pound dered sugar
Place all ingredients in a large, resealable plastic bag, then squeeze it and squish it until the fudge is creamy. Enjoy!

Sweet chocolate sugar Candy Bake Cakes

1 1/2 stick ter
2/3 cups porated milk
12 ounce pkg colate chips
7 oz jar marshmellow am
1 teaspoon illa
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Melt butter over medium heat stirring constantly. Add milk and sugar. Bring to a full boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Then add marshmellow cream and vanilla. Add nuts. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Let cool. Cut inot squares. keep in a container with a tight seal. Makes about 3 pounds!

1 jar (7 ounce) jar shmallow creme
1 can Sweetened densed Milk
6 tablespoons ter
1 (12 ounce) package colate chips
1 cup chopped ans (optional)
Mix sugar, sweetened condensed milk and butter together and cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir ingredients until mixture is creamy and smooth. (An electric mixer may be used). Add nuts if desired. Pour into a buttered 9x9 pan. Allow to cool and cut as desired.

1 pk (18.25 or 18.5-oz) colate
1 pk (8-oz) am cheese;
2 tb garine or butter;
1 tb nstarch
1 cn (14-oz) Eagle Brand

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Pour batter into well greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over cake batter. Bake 50-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly. Glaze or garnish as desired. Sweet Rich Chocolate Holiday Christmas Fudge Dessert
1 Vegetable king spray
36 Maraschino rries with stems
1 (12 oz) package, semi-sweet colate morsels
6 (1 oz) squares bittersweet colate chopped
1 can sweetened densed milk
1 tsp Maraschino cherry juice
1 cup chopped ans
Lightly coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Blot cherries dry with paper towels. Combine chocolates in a heavy saucepan; place over very low heat, and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, and stir in sweetened condensed milk and cherry juice. Stir in pecans. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Immediately press cherries into fudge, leaving top of each cherry and stem exposed. Cover and chill fudge 2 hours or until firm. Cut fudge in 36 squares. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: 2
