Chicken Swiss
Bake Advance Freeze-It Main Dish Chicken Swiss
4 ea cken breast boneless and skinless
1 cup hrooms sliced
2 cups Monterey jack cheese ted
1 can (10 oz) Cream of Chicken and hroom soup
1/4 cup r cream
1/4 cup te wine
1/4 cup mesan grated
Preheat oven to 350? F. Place chicken in ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. Top chicken with mushrooms. Cover with Monterey jack. In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and wine. Pour mixture over chicken, spreading to cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to over 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Steak Simmer Tomato Savory traditional Vegetable medley American
2 pounds of round or chuck ak
3 tablespoons of ur
2 tablespoons of oil
1 can french on soup
1 can diced atos
1 spoon worstchesire sauce
1 fresh sley
1 teaspoon dry tard
1 lic to taste
1 salt and per to taste
3 cups vegetables (celery l pepper carrots, mushrooms)
1/4 teaspoon emary
1 sliced on
1/4 teaspoon me
Beat the flour/pepper mix into serving size pieces of beef. Brown meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat, (brown well). Add tomatoes, onion soup, worsh sauce, and spices. Simmer 1 hr. Add veggies and cook until every thing is tender.

2 large cken breast boneless, skinless
4 slices on
4 slices ss cheese or feta cheese
3 tablespoons ra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons on juice
1/2 teaspoon t
1/2 teaspoon gano dried
Preheat oven to 425?F. Lay chicken breasts out on large cutting board. Place one slice Swiss (or sprinkle feta) cheese followed by one slice of bacon on each breast, trimming to fit. Fold chicken breast in thirds and secure with toothpick or tie with kitchen twine. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano. Brush on each chicken breast. Using a grill pan or large non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown roll-ups for 5 minutes in first side. Continue cooking to 4 minutes on remaining sides, brushing each side with marinade. Spoon remaining marinade over the roll-ups, turn off heat and place in the oven, covered until internal temperature reads 165?F, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, keep covered with foil and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
