4 can crabmeat drained or nach or shrimp or bacon
1 deep dish frozen pie shell or 2 shallow
6 oz ss cheese sliced thin
Thaw pie crust, prick with fork and bake at 450o for 5 min. turn temp down to 350o Place meat on bottom of piecrust and cover with cheese. Beat cream, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and sherry together with fork. Pour over egg mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 350o for 40-50 minutes (might need to shield edges with foil so they don’t burn
