1 lb Flank ak Beef Tip Gourmet Steak
1/2 tsp soned Salt
1/3 tsp lic Powder
1/3 tsp ck Pepper
1 tsp Monium Glutamate (Accent)
1 tsp on Powder
1/4 cup cestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Sauce
1/2 tsp Cinnimon
1/2 tsp ger
1/2 tsp wn Sugar

Trim away all fat, semi-frozen meat is easier to cut. Slice down the grain of the meat in to 1/8" strips. Marinate 4-5 hours or overnight in a glass dish in refrigerator. Throughly cover the meat with the sauce that is made from other ingredients. Dihydrate at 125 to 140 degrees for 8 hours. 1 1/3 lbs meat to 4 times recipe.
