Grandma's Cheesecake

1 ham cracker crust or Oreo Crust
2 packages of am cheese
3 s
1 container of r cream (at room temperature)
1 can of Sweetened densed Milk
1/4 cup on Juice

Preheat oven to 300 F Press crust into a 9-inch springform pan In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth Add eggs and lemon juice Mix well Pour into springform pan Bake 50 minutes or until center is set Top with sour cream Bake 5 additional minutes Cool Chill

1/3 cup butter tened
1/3 cup packed wn sugar
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sifted -purpose flour
1/4 cup white ar
8 ounces am cheese
1 tablespoon on juice
2 tablespoons k

1/2 teaspoon illa extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C). 2. To make Pastry: Cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the flour and chopped nuts and stir until mixture becomes crumbly. Set aside 1/4 cup to use as a topping. 3. Press pastry mixture into 8-inch square pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on rack. 4. To make Filling: Beat together the white sugar, and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and mix well. Spread filling mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved mixture on as a topping. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on wire rack and refrigerate. Serve with fruit.

Crust: Mix until crumbly. Line bottom and 1 in. up sides of springform pan. Filling: Cream cheese and sugar. Mix eggs one at a time - beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 375? for 35 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Topping: Mix well and spread on cool cake. Bake for 15 minutes at 500?. Should be soft but solid when cool. Refrigerate cake overnight. Top with favorite pie filling. (refrigerate can before topping cake)

100 g estive biscuits (crushed)
20 g melted ter

1.preheat the oven to 175 degrees. crush the biscuits (if not already done so) and add in the melted butter into the bowl 2. mix thoroughly together until the biscuit crumbs can stick to each other when you pat it down with your spoon. 3. fill the biscuit mix into your 8-inch tin and leave it in the fridge to set (optional but encouraged) 4. cream the cheese and sugar together 5. beat in the eggs one at a time 6. pour into the baking tin 7. bake for about an hr at medium heat (roughly 175 degrees) 8. leave it in the oven to let the remaining heat cook it through check if a skewer comes out clean then chill in the fridge. you can decorate with strawberries (halved/sliced) or blueberries or any other topping to your fancy.

~Preheat oven to 350 -degrees Place a pan of water on the lower rack of the oven. Beat together the cream cheese, ricotta and sour cream. Beat in the sugar. Beat in the remaining ingredients, one at a time. Everything must be very well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan. If youd like, dust the pan with crushed graham crackers. It will make the cake come out easier but you wont actually have a crust. Place the cheesecake on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven. (DO NOT open oven door). Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour longer. Cool on a wire rack; refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove sides of springform pan. Top with sour cream, if desired. 1 package shortbread cookies (such as Lorna Doone) crushed
1 1/2 cups ar divided

16 oz am cheese

Combine cookies, 1/4 C sugar (optional for this crust) and the butter and press into a pie pan. Blend the cream cheese, 3/4 C sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 eggs until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Turn oven to 425. Blend the sour cream, 1/2 C sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over pie and bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight.

1 loaf French bread

Sauce:
1/2 cup ar
1/4 cup ameretto
1/2 cup ter
1

Tear bread into little pieces and put in large bowl. Pour milk over bread and let soak for about 20 minutes. Mix together eggs, sugar, and vanilla and stir mixture into bread and milk. Add raisins if desired. Put melted butter in casserole dish and add mixture. Cook for about 1 hour and 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees. For sauce mix together the sugar, ameretto and butter and bring to boil until sugar is clear. Whisk in the egg to the boiling mixture and continue to whisk.
