BEFORE YOU HEAT UP YOUR GAS GRILL MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN AND THEN WIPE A LITTLE CANOLA OIL ON THE GRIDS. TURN HEAT TO MEDIUM. 2 LB BEEF FLANK STEAK -AKA OUTSIDE/INSIDE (INSIDE IS A LITTLE MORE TENDER) FLANK STEAK. BUTCHERS ALSO NAME THIS CUT - ARGENTIAN, OR PHILIDELPHIA STEAK, ETC. SEASON YOUR MEAT WITH ONLY SALT AND PEPPER. (NO NEED TO MARINADE AHEAD OF TIME EITHER.) PLACE ON HOT GRILL AND WATCH CAREFULLY NOT TO BURN. APPROXIMATELY 4-6 MINUTES EACH SIDE. TAKE OFF GRILL, WAIT TO COOL SLIGHTLY AND CUT AT AN ANGLE (ACROSS THE GRAIN FOR TENDERNESS.) AFTER YOUR STEAK IS COOKED PERFECTLY YOU MAY PLAY AROUND WITH WHAT EVER KIND OF SAUCE YOU WANT TO...IT'S THAT SIMPLE--ENJOY!

Take and peel the couple of outer skin of the husk not to where you can see the corn but enough to keep a few layers over the corn. Soak the corn in a bath of water for about 15 to 20 minutes til husk are nice and wet. Start the grill and place the corn in the husk on the grill and turn as the husk darken brown to black. Don''t over cook in one spot or the corn will be black (that is my favorite where the corn is little dark brown to black). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes til the corn''s husk is dry and the corn is cooked throughly. Now take from the grill and becareful very hot and husk down and break off the end. Now is where the butter and salt comes in to where to butter it up and salt it to your desiredness. If like cut from cob with a knife and enjoy it that away. Do Enjoy!

Main Dish Grill Roast Summer BBQ Chicken Dinner Winter Light Spicy (Hot)

5 tablespoon wn sugar
5 tablespoon rika
2 tablespoon soned salt
2 tablespoon li powder
1 tablespoon lic powder
1 tablespoon in
1 teaspoon per
1 teaspoon pepper
Wash Chicken inside and out. Mix all the rub ingredients well. Place 2 tablespoons of rub inside bird and shake to distribute rub. Rub the outside with more of the seasoning. Let stand 1 hour. Place charcoal on sides of grill and a drip pan made of foil down the middle. When coals are hot place chicken in middle of grill. Cover and leave for 1 hour and 15 min. Try not to open grill often becasue this lets the heat out and increases the cook time . Open vents on grill to maximum for highest heat. Test chicken in the middle of breast. I like to take the chicken off the grill when it reaches 175 and cover with foil for 15 min. The chicken will continue to cook and will reach 185 which is considered done during the rest time. This prevents the breast meat from drying out.

1 Tablespoon crunchy nut butter
1 Tablespoon ve oil
1 Tablespoon wn sugar
1 Teaspoon minced fresh ger root
1/2 Teaspoon grated e zest
1/4 Teaspoon pepper flakes
2 Cloves lic minced
2 Cups GRILLED OR COOKED KEY shredded
1 10-ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough

1/2 Cup sliced green on
1 Medium rot cut into 2X1/8-inch match sticks
1/4 Cup chopped fresh antro
1/2 Cup zarella cheese grated
1. Prepare grill for indirect-heat cooking. 2. Combine lime juice, soy sauce, onion, cilantro, peanut butter, oil, brown sugar, ginger, lime zest, red pepper flakes and garlic in a stockpot. Stir in shredded turkey. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. 3. Unroll pizza dough and pat into a rectangle, approximately 10 x 13 inches. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces. 4. Reduce grill heat to low. Brush grill rack with olive oil. Using the indirect grilling method, slide pizza crusts on grill and cook until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes until dough is puffy and lightly browned. 5. Turn pizza crusts over. Top browned side of pizza crusts with heated turkey mixture. Sprinkle with green onions, carrot sticks and cilantro. Sprinkle pizzas with cheese. 6. Cover with grill lid or tent with foil. Heat pizzas about 5 minutes or until crusts are cooked on bottom, cheese melts and pizzas are hot.

Combine beef, egg, grated onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form six thin patties. Cook burgers about three minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Drain grease from skillet. Spread butter on one side of all slices of bread. In the skillet place six slices of bread. Top with slice of cheese, onions, a burger, another slice of cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cook each sandwich until golden brown about 2 minutes per side.

Grilled Lemon/herb Mahi Mahi

1 ts cestershire sauce
1 ts sauce

Combine all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the mahi mahi steaks. Marinate for at least two hours. Grill the steaks, brushing frequently with marinade. To grill the mahi mahi, preheat the grill over low flame, and grill until the fish browns. Tirn and grill until the fish flakes and is opaque. Time will vary depending on thickness. Spoon a good cup of cooked wild or white rice onto each plate. Put one of the steaks on top of this on each plate. Sprinkle with chopped herbs of choice. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Stir in the carrot, chili powder and cumin; cook 2 minutes longer or until carrot is tender. Remove from the heat; set aside. In a large bowl, mash the pinto beans and black beans. Stir in the oats. Add the mustard, soy sauce, ketchup, pepper and carrot mixture; mix well. Shape into eight 3-1/2-in. patties. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill patties, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated through. Serve on buns with lettuce and salsa.
