Zucchini Tabbouleh

Salads Garlic Olive oil Parsley Scallion Lemon Lettuce Zucchini

5 sm chini; cut in small diced
2 c Minced sley leaves
4 llion; minced
1/4 c Fresh t; minced
1/2 c tuce leaves; minced
1/4 ts t
1/4 c on juice
3/4 c ve oil
1 Cl lic; minced

Recipe by: The Daily Breeze Food Section, July 1, 1991 Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 8 servings. 1 # 2 C Bulgur at
1 # 3 C ling Water
1 # 2 Tbsp. Chopped sley
1 # 1 tsp. Chopped t
1 # 1 C onion (minced)
1 # 1 ea. ato diced
1 # 4-6 oz. ve Oil
1 # 1 oz. on juice
1 # 1 11oz. Chavrie® Goat Log
1 # Salt and per to taste

Place Bulgur wheat in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over and cover with aluminum foil or a large lid. Let stand for 30 minutes until the liquid is absorbed Mix in the remaining ingredients omitting the Chavrie® Goat Log. Season with salt and pepper and chill well Dice the Chavrie® Goat Log and fold into the mixture Serving Suggestions: Serve well chilled as part of a platter with the Chavrie® Hummus Recipe For an easy preparation follow directions on a package of instant Tabbouleh and fold in diced 4oz. Chavrie® Goat Log
