1 Ingredients
0.5 pound und beef (mince)
0.5 package for quantity of water)
1 cup l pepper strips
0.25 cup salsa
4 cups loosely packed tuce (romaine)
1 cup diced ato
1 cup shredded per jack cheese
0.5 cup black ves (whole or chopped
0.5 cup r cream (optional)
1 large flour tillas (baked in oven upside down over an oven proof bowl sprayed with
1 or a Taco Bowl Mold

Arrange your lettuce and tomatoes on a plate Spoon on your taco mixture Now add your cheese, and more salsa on top

1 pound und beef
1 can (12 oz) Rotel atoes
1 can (12 oz) Whole kernel n
1 can (12 oz) Pinto ns
1 can (12 oz) Kidney ns
1 package Ranch dressing mix
1 package o seasoning
3 can (12 oz) Water

Combine ingredients in a large stock pot or crock pot and allow to simmer for 2 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and either tortillia chips, or corn chips.

PREP TIME: 25 min BAKE TIME: 45-50 min Preheat oven to 375? F. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain off grease. Add taco seasoning and green chiles; mix well. Place all in a 10 inch pie plate. In another medium bowl, combine Bisquick, eggs and milk; mix well and pour over the pie pan mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve with any of the following toppings: shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, onions and sour cream.

Chicken Taco Pizza

1 can Pizza Dough refrigerated (Pillsbury)
1 cup Refried ns
2 ea cken breast halves skinless (cut into 1/2" pieces)
1 package o seasoning low-sodium
1/3 cup ddar cheese shredded
1/3 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
1/3 cup zarella cheese shredded
2 ea m tomatoes sliced thin
1/4 ea onion sliced thin

READY IN: 30-60 min. Preheat the oven to 400? F. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12" circle on the pizza pan.; place the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. In a small bowl, mix the taxo seasoning and 1/2 cup of water until blended; then add the cut up chicken, toss to combine. Place the chicken mixture in a 10" skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove the pizza crust from the oven. Spread the refried beans on the crust and then add salsa over the beans. Drain any extra taco seasoning liquid off the cooked chicken and spread chicken evenly over salsa. Combine the cheeses and layer them over chicken. Arrange tomatoes and sliced onions over the cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

1 can (15 ounces) chili with ns in sauce undrained
1 can (8 ounces) ato sauce
4 tablespoons taco sauce picante sauce or salsa
2 teaspoons li powder
2 -teaspoon lic powder
1 bag broken tilla chips
2 -cup r cream
2 med atos chopped
3 cup shredded ddar or Monterey jack cheese

Heat oven to 350. Cook Beef, drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco, and chili powder and garlic powder. Heat to boiling. Place tortilla chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Top with beef mixture. Spread with source cream. Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 min or until hot and bubbly. Arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of casserole if desired.

1/2 cup on chopped
2/3 cup Water
1 pkg o seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz) ck beans rinsed and drained
1 can (14.5 oz) Mexican diced atoes undrained
6 wh Flour tillas (8 INCHES)
1 can (16 oz) Refried ns
3 cups Shredded mexican cheese low fat if desired

In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 2 minutes. Stir in the black beans and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place two tortillas in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Spread with half of the refried beans and beef mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas and cheese. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. YIELD: 9 servings.

4 boneless cken breast halves
1 1/2 cup cken broth
2 cups n
1 Green per
1 bell pepper
1 1/2 cup White e uncooked
1 cup Salsa

Taco Chips

1. Cut the chicken and peppers into strips. 2. Cook chicken strips in a skillet. 3. Add Chicken broth and salsa 4. Bring to a boil - reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes 5. Add peppers and corn 6. Bring to a boil 7. Stir in rice - cover and remove from heat 8. Let stand for 7 minutes 9. Fluff with a fork and top with sour cream and cheese. 10. Serve with Taco Chips.

1 cup r cream
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded tuce
1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese

1. Mix beans and taco mix. 2. Spread onto bottom of 9" pie plate 3. Layer remaining ingredients over bean mixture 4. Cover 5. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers

1 pound und beef or pork
3/4 cup water
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) McCormick original taco soning
1 to 3 teaspoon lic powder
1 container (16 oz) cottage cheese
2 cups shredded sharp ddar cheese
1 cup chopped on or sliced green onion
12 6-inch n tortillas
4 cups shredded tuce
2 medium atoes chopped
1 r cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In large skilled cook meat until brown. Drain fat. Stir in water, taco seasoning and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or to desired consistency; set aside. In mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and onion. Place 6 tortillas in prepared pan. Top with half of the meat and dollop with half of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with sour cream, if desired.

Brown ground round with onion and bell pepper. Drain grease. Add all ingredients and let cook on low to medium heat for 25 to 30 min. This soup taste very good with mexican cornbread!!!!!!

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Shape into a 9X13 Inch dish. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours. Drain grease and serve.

1 lb Extra lean und beef
1 cn (16 oz) refried ns
1 pk o seasoning
1 Jar (24 oz) Pace picante
1/4 c Water
2 c Shredded sharp ddar
16 oz r cream

Brown ground beef, crumbling as fine as possible; drain and set aside. Wipe pan clean, and over medium heat, mix refried beans, taco seasoning, 1/2 of the Pace picante sauce, and the water, stirring nearly constantly. When mixed and heated gently, add reserved ground beef. Remove from heat. Spread mixture into two 9 inch pie pans. Spread sour cream, then remaining 1/2 Pace picante sauce, and then cheese over mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips. (Can refrigerate or freeze one or both pans; but thaw completely if frozen before baking). This recipe has NEVER failed to draw accolades from everyone!!! 5 Corn tilla Whole
1/2 pound und beef 10%
1/2 cup on chopped
1 can - small Chopped Green Chilis
1/4 cup r cream
3/4 cup ddar Cheese coarse grate
1/2 package o Seasoning
ea en onion thinly sliced
Black ves sliced

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Return to skillet and mix with taco seasoning. Alternate: Home made Taco seasoning comprising of salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic crystals, onion powder, ground cumin. Toss in a little salsa and water to blend the seasonings into the meat. When dry, remove from skillet and set aside. Sautee chopped onions in same skillet, salt lightly. Remove from skillet and set aside when just starting to turn soft. Lightly toast the corn tortillas on the burner until warmed through and a little dry. Rub a 1 1/2 quart, round casserole dish with Crisco or spray with cooking spray. Take first tortilla and smear with a not-too thick layer of sour cream and lay in bottom of casserole, sour cream side up. Cover with thin layer each of ground beef, onions, chilis and cheese. do this three more times, using up the ground beef and onions. The last tortilla is placed on top, sour cream side down. Press it down firmly to lightly compact the layers. Spread remaining green chilis generously over the top and then cover with remaining cheese (also a thick layer). Place sliced black olives on top if desired. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Remove from oven, remove foil and then return to oven on broil for 2 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and then slice with a sharp knife into quarters. Serve with sliced green onion on top if desired

2 cups heart smart quick
1 cup m milk

Prepare bisquick acording to package for biscuits. Roll out and place in non-greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 9 minutes.Brown turkey, onion and red pepper, then transfer to bowl. Add kidney beans, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Mix well and layer it on to biscuit casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 10 mins add 1 cup ff cheddar and bake for 5 more minutes
