Slow cook Roast Beef Stroganoff Main Dish Steak Dinner
2 1/2 pounds w meat
1 tablespoon t
1 teaspoon lic minced
1 tablespoon cestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup Beef th
3 tablespoons te wine
1/3 pound hrooms sliced
1/3 cup ur
1 cup r cream

Cut beef in strips or cubes. Coat w/ salt and pepper really well. Place in bottom of crockpot. Mix garlic, Worcestershire, beef broth. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 Hours, until tender. Turn heat to HIGH, add 2 Tbls. wine and mushrooms. Dissolve flour in small amount of water and add to meat mixture. Stir to blend. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream. Serve hot over noodles. I prefer with beef bullion cubes, better taste. To substitute, use 1 large cube (which is for 2 cups of water).
