Sausage Breakfast
Breakfast Sausage Cheese Potatoes
1 lb mild italian pork sage
1 pk crescent rolls; ter-flavor
1 c soned shredded hash browns thawed
1 c colby-jack cheese; shredded

Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain off fat. Seperate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place them on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points facing towards center. Press onto bottom and up the sides of the pan to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon cooked sausage over the crust. Sprinkle the thawed seasoned hash browns over the sausage and top with shredded colby-jack cheese. In a bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
