For the Crust, spread 1 tablespoon of beans on a flour tortilla, spreading all the way to the edges, top with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Press the other flour tortilla on top, then heat oil and butter just to coat the pan in a small skillet. If your skillet is smaller the the tortilla, that is perfect. Let pan get hot, place crust in pan and press down, I put a small plate on top and press down. You just want it light brown and crispy on the bottom. You will start to see the edges curling up, that is want you want. When done, take out of pan and set aside. It may take 2-3 minutes or less. When cooled, spread 2 tablespoons of beans on top, then the cheese, and all your toppings in any order, you just need a little of each topping, then top with a little cheese and salt, you really need a little bit of salt on this. (Cilantro and sour cream added after pizza is cooked) Set oven to broil, place rack right under broiler, put pizza on a pizza pan or cookie sheet and place in broiler, it only takes a few minutes, you will see the edge of the pizza curl up and get brown, you just need the cheese to melt, if it stays in there too long the toppings will burn, so maybe 4 minutes, just turn the oven light on and watch it. When its done, take it out and don't cut with a pizza cutter, all toppings will come off, cut with a large knife, that works the best. Because the crust curled up, you can actually eat this like a pizza, it holds together well. I suggest cutting all your veggies first to cut down on clean up.
