Tricolor Beans with Sweet Italian Sausage

1/3 c. ve oil
2 cloves lic crushed
1 on, diced
2 stalks ery sliced
1 cup sweet Italian sage sliced
14 oz. white ns preferably cannelini, drained
15 oz. can ck peas drained
15 oz. can red kidney ns drained
4 c. cken stock
2 leaf
1/3 c. fresh grated mesan
3 tbs. sley chopped

Brown onion, garlic, celery and sausage until mixture become golden brown. Add beans, bay leaf and chicken stock and cook together for 20 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Add parmesan and cheese and parsley and serve.
