1/2 lb Fresh nach stems removed, washed

1 Large on cut into rings
1 lb cken cut into 2" pcs
6 oz hroom sliced
1/3 cup te wine
1 tbs ur

1 pinch lic powder
4 oz Sharp ddar cheese grated
1 tbs ve oil

Steam spinach until wilted, drain and chop Melt 2 tbs of butter in large skillet and saute onions until golden; remove onions with slotted spoon, mix with spinach and place in buttered casserole dish Add 1 tbs of olive oil to pan and brown chicken; remove to warm plate Saute mushrooms in remaining oil; remove to plate with chicken Add wine to pan; stir in flour. Slowly add sour cream and until hot and thickened. Add chicken, mushrooms, and garlic powder. Place chicken on top of spinach and sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes
