Chicken with Pesto and Sundried Tomatoes

Main Dish pesto Quick Chicken American

1 lb Boneless cken breast pounded
1/4 cup Green Pesto
Sundried atoes cut into strips
1/4 lbs sciutto
1/2 cup wine, Marsala or other
1/2 cup cken Stock
1/4 cup Roasted peppers

Fillet and Pound Chicken to 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle with pepper Top with 2-3 slices of Prosciutto,spread pesto over ham and add sundried tomatoe strips Fold in half and secure with toothpicks Brown in olive oil in dutch oven over medium heat Remove and deglaze pan with chicken stock; add wine and simmer 5 minutes; add roasted peppers and chicken cover and cook until done 15-20 minutes.
