1 pk Wonton Wrappers
Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Refrigerate. Cook chicken until cooked. (You can pan fry, broil, grill, bake - whatever you prefer). Cool and shred. Mix lettuce, onion, and chicken; chill well. Fry wontons until crispy. Dry on paper towels. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and break into pieces. Add dressing to chilled salad just prior to serving. Toss with almonds and wontons; serve.
