Spinach American
Main Dish Salads No Cook Spring Summer Low Carb Spinach American
5 ounces y spinach leaves
1 beefsteak ato cut thinly crosswise
1/2 cup fresh il leaves cut into thin strips
1/4 pound part-skim zarella diced
2 teaspoons fresh gano chopped fine
2 tablespoons ve oil
2 teaspoons samic vinegar
kosher salt and ground ck pepper to taste
Alternate layers of spinach and tomato across plate. Top with basil, mozzarella, and oregano. Dress with oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve. Note This recipe is optimal for Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet.
