100 g unsalted butter tened
125 g caster ar
1 glass of rum

In a bowl, beat the egg with the rum. Incorporate the sugar, then the softened butter, and finally the flour. Form the dough with with your fingers. Grease a baking tray and line with baking parchment. Take a tea spoon sized amount of mixture per biscuit. Space evenly on the tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
